Effectiveness of Application of MSCT in the Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Parotid Tumors
目的：探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）在腮腺良恶性肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析160例经临床确诊的腮腺肿瘤患者的MSCT影像资料，统计腮腺肿瘤的供血动脉数目及动脉主干的平均直径，评估肿瘤内的供血血管生成情况，与临床病理结果比较，评价MSCT对腮腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。结果 CT平扫时，腮腺良恶性肿瘤的边缘、形态等差异显著（P<0.05）；增强CT扫描时，腮腺良恶性肿瘤的强化方式、一期强化幅度、淋巴结转移情况等差异显著…查看全部>>
Objective To explore the effectiveness of application of MSCT (Multi-Slice Spiral Computerized Tomography) in diagnosis of benign and malignant parotid tumors.
