Abstract
The hospital took multiple improvement measures to strengthen the management of medical consumable suppliers, including formulation of management methods, evaluation items and a series of penalties for medical consumable suppliers as well as monitoring of their business contacts. This practice improved the quality of suppliers’ serviceability so as to reduce the risks in using medical consumables and beneift from the quality service.关键词
