浊点萃取－气相色谱质谱法检测中药材中的有机磷农药残留

Abstract
C12E10 surfactant was used as cloud point extraction agent,assisted by ultrasound to en-hance the emulsifying effect of solution,a new type of pretreatment methods for detection of eight organo-phosphorus pesticide residues (UASEME)in Panax,cloud woody,Poria was established.By optimizing va-rious factors of UASEME,spiked recovery experiments for adding the pesticide standards were done.The re-sults showed that the recovery rate was 80.69% ~100.66%,the relative standard deviation (RSD)was 2.21% ~5.96%,the detection limit was2.8 ×10 -6 ~8.1 ×10 -6 ng /L.The method of various technical indicators met the pesticide residue testing requirements for medicines of trace pesticide residue analysis.关键词
