摘要
Abstract
The ratio of 23 9 Pu 129.3 keV and 241 Am 59.5 keV γpeak areas was measured by well-type HPGe γ spectrometer for filter samples and reference solution,respective-ly.Atom ratios of 241 Am and 23 9 Pu in filter samples were calculated according to the count ratios and the atom ratio of 241 Am and 23 9 Pu in reference solution.Then filter sam-ples were digested chemically and the contents of 241 Am and 23 9 Pu were determined using isotope dilution mass spectrometric (ID-ICP-MS)analysis combined with radiochemical separation.The results with two methods are coincident with each other within the uncertainties.关键词
