广州市2015年禽类市场禽流感流行病学监测
Epidemiological Surveillance of Avian Inlfuenza in Retail Live Poultry Markets of Guangzhou City in 2015

Abstract
To understand the distribution of avian influenza virus(AIV) in live poultry markets of Guangzhou city,to provide the technical supports for decision making on AIV prevention and control measures,3 447 samples including cloacal swabs and environmental swabs were collected and tested by real-time RT-PCR for AIV A type and H9 subtype. Of all samples,the positive rates of AIV A type and H9 subtype were 12.56% and 6.24% respectively. January witnessed the highest positive rates of A type and H9 subtype virus. The positive rate of A type in Conghua district was higher than in other 11 districts and the highest positive rate of H9 subtype virus among 12 districts was in Huangpu. The results indicated that AIV infection of retail live poultry markets in Guangzhou was severe and the highest positive rates of AIV were in the spring and winter. In the retail live poultry markets,the highest positive rates were found in slaughtering and feeding places. Therefore,more effective prevention and control measures are needed for reducing the risk of human infection with AIV.关键词
