Abstract
Based on the special research on pre-condition of quarantine declaration in Chongqing,Hunan,Shandong and other provinces and cities,combined with the actual situation of quarantine work in Shannxi Province and Beijing, the connotation of pre-condition of animal quarantine declaration was stated. The research situation and the status quo of eight proposed research topics,for example,whether pre-condition of quarantine declaration can prevent the spread of animal disease,whether it is operable,reasonable and legal,and whether it is suitable to the market economy development,were introduced,in order to provide reference for the revision ofAnimal Quarantine Management Measures.关键词
