Abstract
Based on the advanced experiences and practices in foreign countries,the effects of several factors on the slaughter inspection,such as the revision of laws and regulations,the adjustment of the scope of regulation and the abolishment of quarantine fees,were analyzed. Suggestions of starting the veterinary health inspection and slaughter quarantine work,setting the work content,and determining the results,were put forward,in order to implement the responsibility of quality and safety and to promote the slaughter inspection.关键词
