Abstract
Potential risks of imported salted leather were analyzed,from the aspects of commodity science and supervision work on the production technology and the related laws and regulations. Taking Quanzhou Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau as an example,suggestions of reducing appropriate body and administrative relative person of the risk were put forward.关键词
