摘要

Abstract

Recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA) is a nucleic acid amplification technique developed in recent years. The test retains the highest levels of sensitivity and specificity,while adding extraordinary speed and portability. The assay generally amplified target DNA at room temperature in 10~20 minutes. It reduces the need of infrastructure and resources and is particularly suitable for rapid diagnosis in veterinary,food safety,biological defense,agriculture and otherfields. The principle of RPA as well as the current application in the detection of viruses,bacteria,parasites and other pathogens were introduced,and the future use of testing in point of care andfield settings were prospected.
