猪细小病毒PCR检测方法的建立与应用
Establishment and Application of PCR Methods for Porcine Parvovirus Detection

Abstract
Based on the VP2 genomic sequence of porcine parvovirus that published in GenBank, a pair of primers were designed by the Primer5.0 software,and the target fragment of amplification was 591 bp. The PPV PCR detective method was established by specificity, sensibility,reproducibility and parallelism assay. The conformity test results showed that the PCR method was better than HA,VI and IHA. Using the method to test 215 clinical samples,there were 25 positive samples,with a detection rate of 11.63%. All Results showed that this method could be used in the diagnosis and epidemiological survey of PPV.关键词
