摘要
Abstract
this study zygote embryo of Larix gemelinii induction of embryonic callus and somatic cells,aims to solve the problem of larch clones reproduce rapidly,has important significance for genetic improvement and artificial seed production.The results showed that the 1/4 LP (improved)medium for embryonic callus induction was suitabled, while adding hormone 6-BA 5 × 10-6 m,NAA,5 × 10-8 m medium term embryo rate was higher,the induced effect was better.关键词
