DETERMINATION OF CADMIUM IN WATER SAMPLES BY FLAME ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY

摘要

Abstract

By adopting nitric acid digestion water sample, the method of direct determination of cadmium in water samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established . The method of dissolving samples and matrix in-terference were discussed. The results showed that under selected experimental conditions, the matrix interference did not interference the determination of cadmium. The linear range was 0. 05~1mg/L, the detection limit was 0. 011 mg/L. This method was applied to analyse real samples, the relative standard deviation was below 1%, the re-covery rate was 98% ~102%.
