2016年上半年中国猪肉市场形势分析及未来展望
China's Pork Market in the First Half of 2016 and Its Future Prospect

Abstract
This paper analyzed China's pork market in the first half of 2016, and made a prospect of the pork market in the second half of 2016 and in 2017. In the first half of 2016, the supply of pork was less than the demand in China, pork prices were driven up, and then imports of pig products had a sharp increase. The profit of pig-breeding continued increasing as pig-grain price ratio to keep rise. The increase of inventory will improve the supply of pork in the end of 2016. In the second half, the pork consumption will increase slowly, and the pork price will maintain a strong state.关键词
