Abstract
Objective:To observe the compliance related factors and effects of statins in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Methods:350 patients with cardiovascular disease treated by statins were selected,and we analyzed the factors influencing treatment compliance and treatment effect in patients with statistical analysis.Results:In single factor analysis,the age,educational background,economic income,course of disease,the type of drug,the duration of medication,the medication time,the medical department,the cost and the compliance of the patients in the good compliance group and the poor compliance group were significantly different,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In multivariate analysis,age,educational background,economic income, medical department,the form of payment of expenses were independent factors influencing the compliance.Conclusion:There are many factors that influence the compliance of statins in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,which can improve the treatment compliance of patients by taking measures.关键词
