Abstract
Objective:To analyze the emergency cases of patients with pre excitation syndrome complicated with atrial fibrillation. Methods:We analyzed 20 patients with pre excitation syndrome complicated with atrial fibrillation,and summarized the effect of their use of drugs cardioversion.Results:In 20 cases,there were 2 cases with hemodynamic disorder.We made electrical cardioversion for patients to gradually turn into sinus rhythm.10 cases used propafenone hydrochloride,6 cases turned to cardioversion,the remaining 4 cases,2 patients with amiodarone,2 cases used propranolol reach cardioversion.7 cases with lidocaine,among them 3 cases of cardioversion,the remaining 4 cases after use of procainamide did not show improvement trend, and all patients were successfully treated with electrical conversion.3 cases used verapamil hydrochloride,and all got successful cardioversion.All patients had no symptomatic aggravation.Conclusion:The effect of propafenone hydrochloride and lidocaine in the treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation combined with pre excitation syndrome is significant.关键词
