The curative effect and safety of irbesartan in the treatment of atrial fibrillation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of irbesartan in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods:50 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment.The observation group was given irbesartan treatment on the basis of the control group.The curative effect and safety were compared in two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical safety of irbesartan in the treatment of atrial fibrillation was higher,and the patients did not appear obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,irbesartan in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is better,and the safety is higher.关键词
