Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of sputum aspiration and metronidazole lavage under electron microscope in the treat-ment of traumatic pulmonary atelectasis.Methods:33 patients with traumatic pulmonary atelectasis were selected.They were given sputum aspiration and metronidazole lavage under electron microscope treatment.The pulmonary function indexes and imaging re-sults were compared before and after treatment.Results:The treatment total effective rate was 96.67%.After treatment,the patient's ventilation was effectively improved;FEV1/FVC,FEV1,VC and other lung function index levels were better than those before treat-ment;the imaging examination of the patient showed than pulmonary atelectasis had improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The metroni-dazole lavage and sputum aspiration under electron microscope in the treatment of traumatic pulmonary atelectasis can achieve a higher treatment total effective rate,and improve the patient's lung function.关键词
