小牛血清去蛋白注射液对急性脑梗死治疗作用的临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of deproteinised calf serum injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:106 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated with deproteinised calf serum injection on the basis of the control group,the clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results:The neurologic impairment scores of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05).The neurologic impairment scores of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The TC levels,TG levels,LDL levels of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,HDL levels were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05).The TC levels,TG levels,LDL levels of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,HDL levels were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Deproteinised calf serum injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction had significant clinical effect and the neurologic impairment scores were decreased significantly.关键词
