Abstract
Objective:To explore the application status of laparoscopic surgery in gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:80 cases of emergency patients in gastrointestinal surgery were selected,including the laparoscopy group with 48 cases and the laparotomy inspection group with 32 cases.The intraoperative and postoperative indicators,complication incidence rate,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were compared between groups.Results:The postoperative illness recovery of the laparoscopy inspection operation group was better than that of the laparotomy inspection group.The operation time of the laparoscopy inspection group was longer than that of the laparotomy group;the intraoperative blood volume and incision length were less than those of the laparotomy group;the gastrointestinal function recovery was better than that of the laparotomy group.The postoperative nutritional complication cases of the laparoscopy group was less than that of the laparotomy group.After symptomatic treatment,all complications were faded,and it not severely affected the prognosis,but the operation cost of the laparoscopy group was higher. Conclusion:Compared with the laparotomy inspection group,the laparoscopic exploration operation in the treatment of emergency patients in gastrointestinal surgery has the advantages of small trauma, postoperative recovery fast,integrated diagnosis and treatment,embodying the characteristics of minimally invasive surgery,less postoperative complications and so on.It can skilled operation control.关键词
