进展期胃癌给予胃癌D2根治术的腹腔镜治疗效果分析
Analysis of the treatment effect of laparoscopic gastric cancer D2 radical operation on advanced gastric cancer

Abstract
Objective:To study the treatment effect and safety of laparoscopic gastric cancer D2 radical operation on advanced gastric cancer.Methods:84 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 42 cases in each.They were respectively given laparotomy gastric cancer D2 radical operation and laparoscopic gastric cancer D2 radical operation.The tumor resection,operation safety and postoperative complications of two groups were analyzed.Results:The incision length,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the bleeding amount was significantly less(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopic gastric cancer D2 radical operation on advanced gastric cancer has the advantages of less trauma,less complications, fast recovery.The safety is high,and the comprehensive curative effect is better.关键词
