摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of methylprednisolone combined with doxofylline in the treatment of children with acute capillary bronchitis.Methods:100 cases of children with acute capillary bronchitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated by routine method.The treatment group was treated with methylprednisolone combined with doxofylline on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of methylprednisolone combined with doxofylline in the treatment of children with acute capillary bronchitis was significant.关键词
