不同剂量右美托咪定对老年患者全髋关节置换术后谵妄发生率的影响对比OA
Comparison of different doses of dexmedetomidine on the influence of incidence of delirium in elderly patients after total hip replacement
目的：探讨不同剂量右美托咪定对老年患者全髋关节置换术后炎性指标、不良反应及苏醒时间的影响。方法：收治全髋关节置换术老年患者90例，分为对照组(生理盐水)、低剂量右美托咪定组(低剂量组)与高剂量右美托咪定组(高剂量组)。结果：术后低剂量组与高剂量组CRP水平均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)；高剂量组心动过缓、低血压等不良反应发生率均明显高于对照组与低剂量组(P＜0.05)，而拔管时间及苏醒时间均明显长于对照组与低剂量组(P＜0.05)。结论：老年全…查看全部>>
