Influence of elderly primipara on the maternal and infant outcomes
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of elderly primipara on the maternal and infant outcomes.Methods:The elderly primipara(the age ≥35) were compared with young primipara(the age <35).Results:The incidence rates of abortion history,gestational diabetes,gestational hypertension,uterine fibroids in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section delivery of elderly primipara was more than that of young primipara(P<0.001).The elderly primipara was easy to lead to the occurrence of premature infant(P=0.018) and low birth weight infant(P=0.001). Conclusion:The elderly primipara is significantly increased the pregnancy complications.However,the elderly primipara does not increase the maternal and perinatal mortality.关键词
