一次性与常规根管治疗术治疗急性牙髓炎的效果对比
Effect compared between single-visit and conventional root canal therapy in the treatment of acute pulpitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect between single-visit and conventional root canal therapy in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods:244 cases of patients with acute pulpitis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional root canal therapy.The observation group was given single-visit root canal therapy,the short-term efficacy and long-term efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:One week after treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 96.72%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).One year after treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was significant,and there was no significant difference of success rate between groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Conventional root canal therapy and single-visit root canal therapy in the treatment of acute pulpitis had significant long-term efficacy and single-visit root canal therapy had significant short-term efficacy.关键词
