Effect of early dominant family intervention on mental development of premature infant with brain damage
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of early intervention on mental development of premature infant with brain injury. Methods:116 cases of premature infants with brain damage were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.During hospitalization,the two groups received the same comprehensive treatment.After discharge,the intervention group received systematic intervention training.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The motor development index(PDI) and mental development index(MDI) of patients in the intervention group at the age of one were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early dominant family intervention had improvement effect for exercise and mental development of premature infant with brain damage.关键词
