Emergency treatment of limb fracture combined with vascular nerve injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of emergency treatment of limb fracture combined with vascular nerve injury.Methods:52 patients with limb fracture combined with vascular nerve injury were selected.According to the characteristics of the injury,the appropriate treatment method was selected.Results:52 patients had no missed diagnosis,missed treatment,and the wound healing was well.After 5 months to 2 years of follow-up,6 cases had nerve injury;the limb functions of 4 cases recovered normal;2 cases had muscle atrophy;4 cases had limb necrosis amputation.Conclusion:The patients with limb fracture combined with vascular nerve injury should be given timely diagnosis and correct treatment.It can improve the operation cure rate,reduce the postoperative complications.关键词
