Clinical observation of supplementing qi and nourishing yin combined with thermal radiotherapy in the treat-ment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of supplementing qi and nourishing yin combined with thermal radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:80 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with radiotherapy alone,while the observation group received supplementing qi and nourishing yin combined with thermal radiotherapy.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the improvement of quality of life in the observation group after treatment was 80%,and the control group was 55%.The efficiency of NK cells,CD4+/CD8+ and IL-2 in the observation group were 77.5%, 87.5% and 75% respectively after treatment,and the control group were 57.5%,62.5%,47.5%.Conclusion:Supplementing qi and nourishing yin combined with thermal radiotherapy can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer,improve the immunity of patients.关键词
