摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of naloxone combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of senile cerebral infarction.Methods:42 patients with senile cerebral infarction were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 21 cases in each.The observation group was given naloxone combined with Xuesaitong treatment.The control group was given Xuesaitong treatment.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment, the neurological deficits scores, life ability scores,plasma brain natriuretic peptide values of two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Naloxone combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of senile cerebral infarction has a good clinical effect.It can improve the neurological deficits function and motor function of patients.关键词
