摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the improvement effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination and emotional adjustment method on the SAS, SDS score of post stroke patients with comorbid anxiety and depression.Methods:120 patients with stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment.The observation group was given emotional adjustment method treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:The depression average scores and anxiety average scores of two groups were different(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination,the implementation of emotional adjustment method can improve the anxiety and depression scores of post stroke patients.关键词
