摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combination on the angina recurrence and HAMD,HAMA score of unstable angina patients with depression and anxiety.Methods:88 cases of unstable angina patients with depression and anxiety were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 44 cases in each.The control group was given western medicine treatment.The experimental group was given traditional Chinese and western medicine combination treatment.The angina recurrence and HAMD, HAMA score of two groups were compared.Results:The recurrence rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the experimental group.After treatment,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese and western medicine combination on the angina recurrence and HAMD,HAMA score of unstable angina patients with depression has a positive effect,and the clinical significance is remarkable.关键词
