摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of gatifloxacin combined with Tanreqing in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:156 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection were selected.They were randomly divided the treatment group and the control group with 78 cases in each.The control group was given cefuroxime sodium dissolved 4.5 g in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL for intravenous injection.The treatment group was given Tanreqing injection 20 mL add 5% glucose injection 250 mL by for intravenous injection,1 time one day,gatifloxacin 0.4 g,intravenous injection.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% , significantly better than 86.7% of the control group.Conclusion:The gatifloxacin combined with Tanreqing in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection has an exact curative effect,good security.关键词
