Evaluation of the effect of Tanreqing injection combined with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium in the treatment of patients with acute bronchitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Tanreqing injection combined with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium in the treatment of patients with acute bronchitis.Methods:60 patients with acute bronchitis were selected,and they were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The observation group was treated with Tanreqing injection combined with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium,while the control group was treated with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 96.67% and 73.33%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of cough and fever clearance time,pulmonary rales disappeared time,X-ray recovery time and hospitalization time of the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of Tanreqing combined with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium in the treatment of patients with acute bronchitis is significant.关键词
