Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of HIFU combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods:160 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by Jianpi Jiedu decoction.The observation group was treated by HIFU combined with Jianpi Jiedu decoction.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,fatigue and anorexia were improved obviously,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal pain time and sleep time of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the tumor size reduction rate was 90%;the survival time was prolonged;the quality of life was improved.Conclusion:The effect of HIFU combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer was significant.关键词
