肌钙蛋白T和B型脑钠肽在心力衰竭预后评价中的应用OA
Application of troponin T and B type brain natriuretic peptide in the evaluation of heart failure prognosis
目的：分析肌钙蛋白T和B型脑钠肽在心力衰竭预后评价中的应用效果。方法：收治心力衰竭患者104例作为观察组，根据心功能分级分为心功能Ⅱ级组35例、心功能Ⅲ级组38例和心功能Ⅳ级组31例。收集健康体检者96例作为对照组。比较两组的肌钙蛋白T和B型脑钠肽检测结果。结果：治疗前，两组的肌钙蛋白T和B型脑钠肽的检测结果差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后，心力衰竭患者的肌钙蛋白T和B型脑钠肽的检测结果较治疗前均显著改善(P＜0.05)。结论：肌钙蛋白T…查看全部>>
