摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of troponin T and B type brain natriuretic peptide in the evaluation of heart failure prognosis.Methods:104 patients with heart failure were selected as the observation group.According to the classification of cardiac function,they were divided into the heart function Ⅱ class group with 35 cases,the heart function Ⅲ class group with 38 cases and the heart function Ⅳ class group with 31 cases.96 cases of healthy controls were selected as the control group.The troponin T and B type brain natriuretic peptide detection results were compared between groups.Results:Before treatment,the troponin T and B type brain natriuretic peptide detection results of two groups had difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the troponin T and B type brain natriuretic peptide detection results of patients with heart failure were significantly improved than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Troponin T and B type brain natriuretic peptide in the prognosis evaluation of heart failure has a significant application effect.关键词
