高频超声诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的价值探讨OA
The value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of intraductal papilloma
目的：探究高频超声诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的价值。方法：回顾经病理检查证实的乳腺导管内乳头状瘤患者154例的超声声像图资料，将资料与病理结果相对照。结果：154例乳腺导管内乳头状瘤患者中由高频超声检出117例，诊断符合率76.54%，漏诊29例，误诊11例。漏、误诊率23.46%。结论：高频超声是诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的一种简单、有效的方法。
