Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical nursing effect of the whole course nursing care in patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding under gastroscopy treatment who have anxiety.Methods:180 cases treated with surgery were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The experimental group used whole course nursing.The control group was treated with routine nursing care.Results:After the full course nursing,the two groups of research objects in the visual space and execution, named memory,attention,language ability,abstract thinking,delayed recall and directional force and other 7 aspects of the score were different,and the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of sleep disorders in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P=0.021).After nursing, the physiological function,mental health, physical pain,physical function,emotional function,life vitality,social function and overall health score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Full nursing care in surgical patients has obvious advantages,which can improve the quality of sleep and quality of life of patients,effectively ease the anxiety of patients.关键词
