Influencing factors and countermeasures of community nursing safety

Abstract
Medical security is the lifeline of the hospital.Nursing safety is in an important position in the medical security.The nursing safety and nursing level are important parts of the evaluation of medical security.Community medical work is a key mechanism to ensure the health of the community people,and it is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of diseases.Community nursing safety has a direct impact on the treatment effect and community reputation.In order to reduce the hidden danger of nursing safety and improve the quality of nursing,the author discusses the influence factors and countermeasures of community nursing safety combined with relevant literature at home and abroad.关键词
