Abstract
Objective:To have an exploration on strengthening management innovation of laboratory reagent and consumables in medical colleges and universities, to improve the level of our reagent and consumables management and to service for teaching and scientific research effectively.Methods: To explore on the management innovation methods and instruments through establishing reagent and consumables information management platform as well as implementing of the tripartite system of acceptance.Results: To establish and perfect the system of acceptance and the reasonable and effective methods in order to strengthen the quality control of reagent and consumables. To set up reagent and consumables information management platform to promote a close relation between purchasing staffs and suppliers, and to greatly improve the management efficiency and quality of reagent and consumables.Conclusion: Standardizing the procurement contracts, establishment the system of acceptance and selection of the reasonable and effective method greatly improve the management performance in reagent and consumables, maintain the school interests and guarantee the normal work of the teaching and research in the school.关键词
