Effect of renal artery stenting on renal function in patients with mild to moderate renal insufficiency and renal artery stenosis

Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the effect of renal artery stenting on renal function in patients with mild to moderate renal insufficiency and renal artery stenosis.Methods280 patients with mild to moderate renal insufficiency and renal artery stenosis were selected, who were given renal artery stenting in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016. Blood pressure, serum creatinine(Scr) and glomerular filtration rate were observed in 280 patients before and after surgery. A one-year follow-up observation was carried out. Before surgery, 3 months after the operation, 6 months after the operation and one year after the operation, three kinds of indexes of the patients were recorded, and the three indexes were analyzed and tested.ResultsRenal function in patients with mild to moderate renal insufficiency and renal artery stenosis was significantly improved after renal artery stenting. Blood pressure returned to normal rate was significantly higher than that before operation. Compared with before surgery, there was a significant difference in serum creatinine, and glomerular filtration rate also has a great improvement. The three groups of indicators than before the surgery have significant difference(P<0.05). ConclusionRenal artery stenting can be effective in the treatment of mild and moderate renal insufficiency complicated with renal artery stenosis, and has significant effect, can make the patient to restore health. In clinical treatment, it is worth popularizing and applying.关键词
