Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of NIBP (NIK-IKKβ scaffold protein) and NF-κB p65 (NF-κB nuclear factor p65) in gastric cancer.Methods Clinical data of 87 cases of patients with gastric cancer treated with surgical resection in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Gastric cancer specimens, carcinoma adjacent tissue and normal tissue were carried out immunohistochemical staining. Fluorescent PCR quantitative method and western blot method were used to test the expression of NIBP and NF-κB p65. Results There were statistical significance in the comparison of NIBP,NF-κB p65 mRNA expression, protein expression, positive rate of immunohistochemistry expression of gastric cancer tissue and adjacent tissue, normal tissue (P<0.05). Conclusion NIBP and NF-κB p65 are all highly expressed in gastric carcinoma. Reduction of activation of NF-κB p65 transduction pathway,Inhibition of NIBP expression can be used as the basis for the treatment of gastric cancer to conduct further in-depth study.关键词
