Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of dexamethasone on anesthesia recovery period of children with tonsils and adenoids radiofrequency ablation surgery. Methods 80 cases of children with embodiment tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy under general anesthesia from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two group, with 40 cases in each, the observation group were used fentanyl combined with dexamethasone, the control group were used fentanyl, then extubation time, anesthesia time, and away from the chamber ramsay score, heart rate, breathing and mean arterial pressure changes and the proportion of occur extubation, restlessness, nausea, vomiting and respiratory depression were compared.ResultsThe extubation time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group (P<0.05). Anesthesia time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group (P<0.05). Ramsay score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The heart rate extubation of the observation group was slower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Breathing of the observation group was slower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Mean arterial blood pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). When performing extubation, the observation group with occurred restlessness, nausea, vomiting and choking rate were lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Dexamethasone could effectively improve effect of Tracheal extubation in children with tonsils and adenoids radiofrequency ablation surgery, and it could maintain stable vital signs and reduce extubation complications.关键词
