Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of amlodipine in combination with atorvastatin calcium tablet for high blood pressure combined clinical treatment effect of coronary heart disease.Methods Choose our hospital 108 hypertension with coronary heart disease patients as the research object in Jan 2013 to May 2015.Used the random number table method,it can be divided into two groups, control group patients received atorvastatin therapy, observation group patients in the control group patients treated, on the based of amlodipine drug treatment, compared two groups of patients with the treatment of each index.ResultsAfter treatment, the observation group of patients with blood pressure and lipid levels were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The effect of observation group of patients with blood pressure the total effective rate was 88.89%, significantly higher than the control group total effective rate 64.81% patients, statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Cholesterol-lowering observation group of patients with the total effective rate was 94.44%, significantly higher than the control group 62.86% patients, statistically significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionAmlodipine in combination with atorvastatin calcium treatment hypertension with coronary heart disease, could effectively improve the patient’s ecg,at the same time effective blood pressure fall hematic fat,had wide clinical application value.关键词
