Clinical effect of treating acute gastritis with different omeprazole dosage combined with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating acute gastritis with different omeprazole dosage combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets. Methods 80 patients with acute gastritis cured in our hospital from February 2014 to August 2015 were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 patients in each. Patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole injection combined with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets, and patients in the observation group were treated with oral omeprazole combined with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets. The clinical efficacy and the side effective rates were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the control group was 95.0%, while the observation group was 92.5%, they were not significantly different (P>0.05). However, there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the incidence of adverse reactions (P<0.05). Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, it should use oral administration of omeprazole combined with compound lactobacillus acidophilus in the treatment of acute gastritis after condition permitted.关键词
