Abstract
Objective To study the influence situation of 3H nursing model for the treatment confidence and emotional state of patients with gout.Methods 60 patients with gout in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the research object, and 60 patients were divided into control group 30 cases and observation group 30 cases according to the method of random number table, the control group were cared with common nursing of gout, the observation group were cared with the nursing which was guided by the 3H nursing model,then the treatment confidence and emotional state of two groups before the nursing and at first, second and eighth week after the nursing were evaluated with GSES scale and Zung scale, then the statistic results of two groups were compared. Results The score composition and scores of GSES scale and Zung scale of two groups before the nursing all had no obvious differences(allP>0.05),while the rates of 31 to 40 points and scores of observation group's GSES scale at first, second and eighth week after the nursing were all higher than those of control group, the anxiety and depression positive rates and scores were all lower than those of control group(allP<0.05), the evaluation results of two groups′two scales all had significant differences.Conclusion The 3H nursing model can more effectively improve the treatment confidence and bad emotional state of patients with gout, so it provides better psychological basis for the effective treatment of patients.关键词
