Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing effect of TCM constitution nursing on patients with qi stagnation type psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 109 patients with qi stagnation type psoriasis vulgaris were selected from November 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital, all patients were randomly divided into control group(n=54) and observation group(n=55) according to the time of admission. The control group received routine nursing care of psoriasis, the observation group received TCM Constitution nursing.The treatment effect before and after nursing, the Qi quality improvement and quality of life were compared of two groups.ResultsThe observation group of psoriasis treatment the total effective rate was 90.9%, significantly higher than the 74.1% of control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, the BDI score of the two groups, Qi quality score, SF-36 had no significant difference(P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group BDI score, Qi quality score was significantly lower than the control group, SF-36 was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM constitution of nursing of qi stagnation in patients with psoriasis vulgaris with good nursing effect, effectively improve the depressive state of the patients, improve the quality of life of patients, simple and easy implementation, it is worth of clinical application.关键词
