Abstract
Objective To explore the best treatment and nursing method for children with allergic purpura. Methods72 children with allergic purpura cured in nephrology department of our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group were treated with traditional western medicine treatment and nursing methods. Patients in observation group were first carried on the differentiation typing from the perspective of traditional Chinese Medicine, and then took the corresponding traditional Chinese combined with western medicine treatment and nursing methods.ResultsAfter 2 weeks' treatment and nursing, the satisfaction of nursing and rehabilitation of the patients in the two groups were compared, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For the children with allergic purpura, the effect of method of first TCM syndrome differentiation typing and then corresponding treatment and nursing is remarkable.关键词
