Abstract
Objective To evaluate the drug utilization evaluation (DUE) in improving clinical pharmacy services, and to provide a reference for strengthening drug reasonable.Methods 160 cases of patients discharging by using pantoprazole injection were retrospectively analyzed, which were collected in our hospital from March 2012 to August 2012. They were divided into before the intervention group. After establishing and implying DUE intervention for 6 months, 160 cases of patients using pantoprazole injection from September 2012 to February 2013 were selected as after the intervention group. The use of pantoprazole, situation of meeting the standards, critical disease indication and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the indexes of before the intervention group, the use of pantoprazole injection standard rate, reasonable usage, critical disease indication of after the intervention group were significantly increased. There were statistical significances(P<0.05). And drug adverse reaction of after the intervention group was significantly decreased. Post clinical symptoms of the patients using of pantoprazole after 7d in the two groups were all significantly improved. There were no statistical significances(P>0.05). ConclusionDUE can improve the rationality of drug use of pantoprazole injection. And it can promote the rationality of clinical medication.关键词
