Efficacy and safety of single port laparoscopic retroperitoneal approach to patients with necrotizing pancreatitis

Abstract
ObjectiveTo study the efficacy and safety of single port laparoscopic retroperitoneal approach to patients with necrotizing pancreatitis.Methods 64 cases of patients with necrotizing pancreatitis cured in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients with single port laparoscopic retroperitoneal approach were selected as observation group, and patients with traditional open surgery were selected as control group.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed.Results Comparing the 0peration indexes of the two groups, the amount of bleeding, operation time, length of stay of observation group were significantly less than those of control group.There was no significant difference on APACHE-Ⅱ score between the two groups before and 1d after the treatment.APACHE-Ⅱ scores of observation group 3d and 7d after the treatment were significantly lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Number of complications of observation group after the operation was significantly less than that of control group, and all the differences above were statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe efficacy of single port laparoscopic retroperitoneal approach to patients with necrotizing pancreatitis is very significant. Its removal rate of necrotic tissue and operation safety are high. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
