乳晕旁单切口行乳腺多发良性肿块切除术的临床价值
The clinical value of periareola single incision for multiple benign breast tumor
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical value of periareola single incision for multiple benign breast tumor resection.MethodsClinical data of 240 cases with multiple benign breast tumor from Aug 2014 to Dec 2015 were respectively analyzed. 120 cases treated with periareola single incision were study group, and 120 cases treated with traditional radial incision were control group.Mean intraoperative blood loss, mean operation time, incision length, postoperative complications, postoperative follow-up and patient satisfaction rates of two groups were compared. ResultsMean intraoperative blood loss and mean operative time of two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05);Incision length of study group was shorter than control group(P<0.05). There was no case with liquefaction and infection in study group, and complication rate of study group was lower than control group (χ2=4.156,P<0.05). After following-up, incision in study group was well healed, scar was not obvious, and the appearance of the breast was normal, but, incision in some cases of control group was obvious, and breast appearance was by a certain impact. Overall satisfaction of study group was better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Periareola single incision treatment for multiple benign breast masses can achieve good aesthetic effect, with high patient satisfaction rate, worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
