Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effectiveness of percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of patients with spine tumors.Methods45 cases of patients with spine tumors were selected as study group, which were cured in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2016. They were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty. 45 cases of patients with spine tumors treated with conventional radiotherapy, chemotherapy in the past were selected as control group. After a period of treatment, the pain score, spinal stability, changes in quality of life of patients in the two groups were compared. Adverse reaction conditions of the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter treatment, the pain score and quality of life of all the patients were improved. The improvement effect and treatment effect of study group were better. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). All patients in the study group had good spinal stability and no adverse reactions. In the control group, there were 7 cases of vertebral pathological compression fracture.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of patients with spine tumors is remarkable. And the wound is small, the complication is little. It can effectively alleviate the pain symptom of the patient, and can reduce the incidence of vertebral pathological compression fracture, and then to improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
